1. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and professional services, all payments made to NexIT Group are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, services have been delivered, or digital assets have been shared.
This includes:

- Website development
- Google Ads management
- Social media marketing
- Graphic design
- Content writing and copywriting services
- Blog writing
- Website content creation
- Technical writing
- AI-assisted content services
However, refund requests may still be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment made accidentally
- Incorrect billing amount charged
- Project cancelled before work has started
- Services were not delivered according to the agreed scope
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after project commencement
- Delivered content drafts or completed writing work
- Approved or published content
- Delays caused by the client
- SEO rankings or marketing outcomes beyond agreed deliverables
- Third-party expenses such as hosting, domains, advertising spend, or software tools
- Monthly retainers or recurring service periods already billed
3. Content Writing & Copywriting Services
For content writing and copywriting services:
- All custom-written content is created specifically for the client
- Once content has been delivered, approved, or revisions have commenced, payments become non-refundable
- Minor revisions may be provided according to the agreed project scope
- Refunds are not applicable for subjective preferences related to writing style, tone, or creativity once requirements have been approved
NexIT Group reserves the right to retain payment for completed research, strategy, drafting, editing, and consultation time.
4. Deposits & Project Payments
For website development, SEO, software projects, branding, content marketing, or digital campaigns:
- Initial deposits and setup fees are non-refundable
- Payments cover allocated resources, planning, research, and production time
- If a project is terminated midway, NexIT Group may retain payment for work completed up to the cancellation date
5. Subscription & Recurring Services
For recurring services including:
- SEO
- Google Ads management
- Social media management
- Content marketing
- Monthly blog writing
- Website maintenance
- Hosting and IT support
Clients may cancel with written notice before the next billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for active billing periods already processed.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact NexIT Group before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks for valid services may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Removal of hosted assets or content
- Administrative recovery fees
- Legal recovery action where applicable
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where possible.
Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
